Cycle 2: Resilience

vWAN, VNets, peering, UDRs, hybrid DNS, Azure connectivity design.

Quarterly: Roadmap

Open risks, upcoming cloud/network changes, vendor decisions, and project priorities.

Separately Scoped Projects (SOW)

Major architectural deployments are executed under a separate Statement of Work (SOW):

Additional Engineering Rate $225 / hour

Service Boundaries & Terms

  • • Priority business-hours remote access (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm EST). Acknowledgement within one business day.
  • • Retainer provides risk identification, design review, and design validation—not hands-on heavy project execution.
  • • Excludes end-user helpdesk, desktop/printer support, procurement, licensing, or SOC monitoring.
  • • Emergency & weekend support: subject to availability; remote escalation only unless separately agreed.
  • • Unused support hours roll over for 30 days, capped at one month's allocation. Proactive review time does not roll over.
